With the Australian Open in full swing and Melbourne’s temperature soaring into the 40s, Club Aperol and Aperol Beach Club have been packed with thirsty tennis fans. 

Today the barometer is predicted to hit 44C in the city as Victoria faces its hottest day since Black Saturday.

Drinks Bulletin was lucky enough to cool down in the Club Aperol in Garden Square earlier this week, pairing a few Aperol Spritzes with nibbles including delicious prosciutto cones.
