In this seminar, they will chat about the latest in Mezcal and let attendees taste some of the best agave spirits on the market. For the grand finale, the ‘World Whisk(e)y Smackdown’ will see the best styles of whisk(e)y from Scotland, Ireland, USA, Canada, Japan and Australia battle it out for the title of the best whisk(e)y at The Drinks Industry Show. Fiona MacDonald, Director of the Wine Chronicles, will be running a series of seminars on all areas of the industry, while the Australian Bartenders Guild will return, once again, for their annual flair and cocktail championships.
