New artisan premium mixer range released

Beverage entrepreneur Steve Cooper has joined forces with award-winning bar owner Mikey Enright and Bowral based artist Alan Walsh to launch a new range of premium craft mixers.

The phenomenal growth of the craft drinks category shows no signs of slowing across the UK and Australia, with the premium gin market surging by 23% last year. The Australian premium mixer trend is mirroring the UK, where three in five drinkers say the quality of mixer is just as important as the quality of the spirit, and over a third of spirits drinkers order a premium mixer every time.

The Artisan Drinks Company has developed four unique mixers using only 100% natural ingredients, bottled locally in Australia: Classic London Tonic, Skinny London Tonic,Violet Blossom Tonic and Barrel Smoked Cola.
Recipes have been created by Sydney Barber Shop owner Enright, with Walsh designing the vibrant bottle artworks.

“I know how important mixers are to the quality of a great cocktail or gin & tonic and I wanted to create a range which really complements the character of premium spirits,” Enright said. “Balance is everything in cocktails and each Artisan recipe has been designed to work with the flavours of some of my favourite craft gins, with our barrel smoked cola also pairing perfectly with some great bourbons and spiced rums.

“I’m really pleased with the range and already working on some great Artisan recipes for the future.”

The range is available now via premium spirits distributor Noble Spirits.
